The Lagos state government in its bid to beautify the state asked all operators to vacate such places, which is mostly underneath the Flyover Bridges.
The popular Ikeja-Bridge is not exempted, beautification work has since commenced at this particular location, barricades were erected so that commuters will not have access to the spot again. Paintings and designs are not Left out. This has indeed brought about a new transformation to the bridge as work continues.
